How do I book an appointment?
Book through my booking site, or call the shop. A $150 deposit secures the date and comes off the final price.
Do you take walk-ins?
I work by appointment only so every client gets my full attention for their whole session. That said, call the shop and ask about same day openings. Sometimes there's room.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
$150, and it comes off the cost of your tattoo. Give me 24 hours' notice to reschedule and it moves with you. Give me 48 hours' notice to cancel and it's refunded. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit it.
What’s your hourly rate and shop minimum?
$200 an hour, with a $100 shop minimum.
What will my tattoo actually cost?
Depends on size, placement and detail. Small flash pieces usually land between $100 and $300. A larger custom piece is quoted by the hour at $200. I'll give you a real range at your consult before you commit to anything, and I'd rather tell you honestly up front than surprise you on the day.
How old do you have to be?
18, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, and a parent can't sign for it. Bring the ID to every session, not just the first one.

What Styles do you tattoo?
American Traditional is what I do and what I love. Bold lines, solid color, designs built to still read clearly in twenty years. I take on neo-traditional and blackwork too, and if something isn't in my wheelhouse I'll tell you straight rather than take the money.
Will I see the design before my appointment?
Most designs go out the night before or the morning of. Small tweaks can happen before we start.
Can I bring my own design or reference ideas?
Please do. Images, ideas, screenshots, whatever you've got. I'll use them to build something custom for you. Some ideas don't translate to skin the way they do on a screen, and I'll be honest with you about that before we start.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, in person or over Zoom. We'll go over the idea, placement, sizing and price before you book anything.
Do you do cover-ups?
Sometimes. It depends on how dark and how big the existing tattoo is, and what you want over it. Send me a clear photo in decent light and I'll tell you honestly whether it's workable or whether you're better off with laser lightening first.

Can I bring a friend?
One guest per client. Space is tight, so no children and no groups.
What’s your cancellation policy?
48 hours' notice to cancel, 24 hours to reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Life happens, so talk to me early rather than late.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash is preferred. Venmo, credit cards and Apple Pay all work too.
Where are you located?
A private studio in Holliston, MA, easy to reach from Ashland, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway and the rest of MetroWest. You'll get the exact address when you book.

Tattoo Process, Aftercare & Safety
How should I prepare for my tattoo?
Eat a real meal beforehand, drink water, and skip the alcohol the night before. Wear something comfortable that gives easy access to the area we're working on.
What aftercare do you recommend?
Second Skin or Aquaphor, both single-use. You'll leave with full written instructions for whichever one we use, and they're on the aftercare page here any time you need them again.
Do you do touch-ups?
One free touch-up if you book it within 3 months. Hands, feet and other spots that fade no matter what are the exception.
Can you tattoo over scars or stretch marks?
Often, yes, once the scar is fully healed and settled. Scarred skin takes ink differently and may need a second pass, so send me a photo and we'll talk it through before you book.
Is your studio licensed and sterile?
Yes. Fully licensed, and I follow health department guidelines to the letter. Every needle and tube is single-use and sterile, opened in front of you.
What if I have a medical condition or allergy?
Tell me ahead of time so I can plan around it. There's a release form to fill out before every session, and anything you flag stays between us.
